Sessions can take place either remotely via video consultation whilst you remain in the comfort of your own home or face to face within the dedicated therapy room based in Knutsford, Cheshire.

REMOTE SESSIONS

Most therapeutic approaches offered by Outside The Box Therapies are suited to remote work.   This choice has been favoured recently due to the minimal impact on both time and finances as it is both convenient and efficient.  

During a time of change when there are increased demands on time and energy this is an option to consider.

FACE TO FACE SESSIONS

The dedicated therapy room based in Knutsford, Cheshire provides a safe confidential space for those who prefer to be seen in person and away from their home environment. 

The decision is entirely yours.
